I've worn my green! =D
Actually, most everyone did. The whole school had an abundance of green. Even green wigs and stockings! It was great. >.<

With the ending of our grading period, our Spring break is coming up. About time too!
I don't have anything big planned. Maybe catch a couple of movies or eat out somewhere with some friends.

Though I do plan on getting some work done.

To Do List:
    Clean the House
    Exercise
    Start Scrap Booking
Make Web Site for the Royal Pirates

Remember the band that I mentioned a while ago. They are an independent undiscovered band that made their appearance on Youtube. That MV was just something they did themselves. They're starting to gain a lager fan base on sites such as Twitter, My Space, Facebook, and Youtube. But I noticed that they didn't have an official site for themselves. Of course when they get discovered they'll probably use a more professional site, but I thought I would still put my web design skills to work. Even if it ends up just for me, its good practice.

So, hopefully I can start all of that soon. Well wish me luck. I'll update soon.
Happy Saint Patrick's day!

Bai Bai!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!

Tuesday, March 16, 2010

Wow! What a week. And it's only half way over. Many things have happened in the course of a few days.
For starters Prom. Its coming up, April 17th I believe.
I finally got my prom dress on Saturday. Went to a bigger city with a friend of mine and her mom and aunt. It was really fun! I hope we can do something like that again. Though I have to say, her family are shopaholics! I never thought we would get out of that mall. Then on top of that we went to 2 other stores! It was all worth it though. Look! This is my prom dress:

I actually wanted a red one, but this was so pretty. My friend finally convinced me to get it. Afterwards I went to show my family. My great-grandmother let me borrow her necklace and earrings. Aren't they pretty! >.<

And after much confusion I finally got a date for the prom; My friend from China. The foreign exchange student that got me on to this blogging!

School has been crazy too! The end of this 9 week grading period is ending. All the grades must be turned in. We did a project in our European History class. It was kind of rushed together but it turned out amazingly!

On Monday the Symphonic band and Wind Ensemble put on a performance. We all dressed in our black and played what we knew. The concert turned out well. I was really happy about it. I even saw one of my old friends that had gone off to college and met one of her friends. Great Luck! ^.^

Later we got to hear our performance in Jazz band. Because of the new security system that is being place in our school (Meaning cameras in every room and hallways), we got to joust for one last time. To save the job of my band director, I won't go into detail, but its really fun and I'm glad I got to watch it one last time before the cameras come on.
I took many pictures but I can't put them online. (Sorry! >.<) But this got me in the mood to try and start scrap booking. I have many pictures from school activities, band, AGS, and more! So, I might go to Wal-Mart to print some out.

Some of my friends do scrap booking, maybe I'll ask her where she gets her supplies.

Well till next time, Oyasumi!

Wut! Wut!

Symphony No. 3 "Fiesta"

Tuesday, March 9, 2010

Before I go, I just wanted to talk about this band I've run across once again.
The Royal Pirates

I had watched many of their video's on YouTube and had become a fan of them. But this new MV that they created is just incredible. The song has been stuck in my head all day. It's called "Disappear"

Check it out!

Oh wait!

I'm back!
I just got back from a Jazz Band concert. I have to say we did pretty awesome! A few mistakes but hey nothing's perfect. Later we went to see our winter guard and winter percussion perform. They were fantastic as well.

We all performed for our friends and family. This is the first and last time they'll get to see it. We have other performances later on, but just in other schools.

I really like jazz band. I wish I could continue it in college but oh well. No scholarships come with it and it wouldn't really be worth my time. D=

But maybe I'll get other chances to play! It would be fun. >.<

Just call me butter, 'cause I'm on a roll!!

Nothing much. Just a short post now.
I just changed my theme. I was looking for something brown. You know, relaxing.. coffee like? But I found this; Japanese Fluer I think it was. I love Asian anything and this was really pretty so I decided on this. Took me forever to get the file unzipped too. Oh well, I got it now.

I just finished watching a Korean Drama. 16 episodes, but it went be so fast. I LOVED it too. "You're Beautiful." I ran across it why searching for another drama, but ended up watching this one all the way through. It  had Lee Honki from FT Island in it. I found myself loving another character and now I think I'm a fan of this guy too: Jung Yong Hwa, he's in that new band CN Blue. I was going to listen to them a bit more but decided I didn't really like them. But after seeing this guys acting, I my give them another shot. Maybe they have more potential than I thought. And with their controversy, I don't care. Its not their fault anyways.

Oh! Dae Guk Nam Ah debuted not too long ago. I really like them. Even though their dubbed as the 2nd Shinhwa they remind me more of DBSK. I don't really like their debut song or dance, but I like them. I hope I can see more of them. They really have potential. I hope they do accapela too. I'm sure they'll get even better as time goes on. (Just as long as their not complete copies of the Cassi's gems) I want to see them on variety show too. What if the two groups interact? >.< Awesomeness!!

Speaking of TVXQ. Everyone's in different countries I think. Yunho just landed in the US not too long ago. Last time I heard JJ was in Canada. (I thought he left but someone said that he was still there). Yoochun is in Korea. I think Max is in Australia. Well.. maybe Junsu is their too. Hopefully we can see them all together soon. Now I understand when people say "I miss them." Its not enough to just see old video's of them. I want to see them in the now.

I'm about to go. Need some sleep. Tomorrow I'm going to wear a new outfit I bought. I'm also going to give one of my best friends a big hug. He told something big to someone and didn't get the answer he wanted back. I don't give hugs out to many people unless they need it. He'll probably brush it off and make it awkward but I can't do much, I'll at least try to do this. Hopefully he'll understand and feel a little better.

Well, bai bai for now. Oyasumi! (Guess this post wasn't as short as I thought ^.^;; )

How are you today?

Why do I like them so much?
I do not know.
What draws me into them?
Their charm? Their looks? Their abilities?
I may never know the true answer.
But in the sea of hundreds of thousands of unknowns. We still love them.
I already have admired them for years.

Where are you going?
Are you okay?
Don't work too hard.
Fighting!

But I will probably never see you.
It's a sad thought.
And if I ever do get a chance to even catch a glimpse.
I know, I'll be washed away in your aura.
Though, you do not even know my name.
We're still yours. Your still mine. Never.
I'll never forget.
I'll always... Keep the Faith.

I don't even know why I'm posting this. It's sort of embarrassing. And for those who actually know who I'm talking about, I promise I'm not some creepy stalker. I'm trying to convey a different meaning. This isn't a serious poem. Just something I thought of in about 20 seconds. Just some thoughts on my mind. Some even came to me as I was writing. I couldn't convey all that I feel, but this is just a piece. I might try to come up with something better later, but I doubt it. I really do hate poetry anyways, but never the less, I gave it a shot.

Picture of You

Monday, March 1, 2010

Well, I'm at work. Not the place that I thought I would be writing this. I had planned everything I wanted to say, because it has been awhile. I've been wanting to write, but I haven't had the time. And every time I thought of something I would jot a note down. Yet everything is at my home computer. (Doing me alot of good right now)

Its been a bit since I've last wrote and it feels like a million things were on my mind and a few thing have actually happened in my seemingly boring life. Though, there mostly just good memories and funny stories.

Last Saturday I went to Memphis, Tennessee for a competition. Well.. I wasn't in the competition, I was more like a gear holder. Holding their equipment and all. It might not seem like it but it is a very important job...
So before my free trip to Memphis on Saturday my best friend and I went prom dress shopping the day before. It was great and really fun although we didn't find anything that we wanted. I guess its a little too early to be shopping for prom. Prom use to be so blah.. to me. Last year everything just kind of landed in my lap and I just went along with it. This year I have kind of an idea of what I want and how I want it to be. I guess it might be because I finally am decisive about it or that it just my Senior year. Their is still the problem with the prom date. But that's for another blog post.. ^.~
Anyways, on with my story. It was fun with my best friend. It wasn't long ago that we thought we might be  going to the same college and to be rooming together. But, plans change. She's going to another school but I'm still happy. Its not like I'm never going to get to see her again. But still these last few months of school will be enjoyable spending time with friends and all. We didn't find a prom dress, but we did go out to eat and look at some different shops in the mall. We ate at Oliver Garden. Even though we both didn't want any place too expensive, still I wanted to eat there. It had been forever since I had. When we finally got seated after a bit of a wait we met our waiter.... Steve. He will be the punch line of many jokes. I don't think he really even told us his name, we just read it on his name tag. I don't even know why it was so funny. He would always ask us how we were every 5 minutes and we would call his name every time something happened. Now, we expect Steve to be everywhere. Even if we're not in the same town.

That was just the start of the hyperness of that day.

After we were re-energized we went to Starbucks and got even more hyper on coffee. Well I did anyways. Every time we go to a different city I HAVE to get Starbucks.  I can't get my fill since we don't have one in our town.
(Shhh! I stole the pic from google. But I love iced Macchiatos!)
Before we ordered I yelled at the people in the next parking lot. (Well.. they were yelling too!)
When we got our drinks we saw a man-girl. I think he was really a guy. I screamed to the next stop lights for no reason as we pretend we were on a roller coaster. When we got strange looks from the guy in the next car I waved and he actually waved back. (Love it!) I really don't know why we were acting so immature now that I look back on it, but still those were still some of the funnest immature hours I have ever had.

Anyways both of us went to that Memphis trip on Saturday. We got up early that morning. I wanted to see her scrap book to maybe start one of my own. So, we went to eat breakfast at a doughnut shop. First I've ever been since it was under new management. Fantastic!! I found that I really like doughnut holes.
Later for lunch we went to eat at Spaghetti Warehouse. I had only gone there once before. It was really good. Well.. I guess after four hours on a bus full of girls we all were hungry. I mean reaching in other peoples plates hungry. @.@ Fun times. Fun times. The competition went well. Later we were coming back home and stopped off to get dinner. (Seems like the most interesting things happens when were eating. Hm..) They stopped the bus and let all of us go to any fast food place/ restaurant that we wanted to, we just couldn't cross the 6 lane highway that was across from us. Most people went to Chick Fillet, but because my best friend is allergic to peanuts (They fry their things in peanut oil) We wanted to go someplace else. We were going to go to another fast food place but no, I had to look up and saw way in the distance there was a IHop. We decided that we just HAD to have it even though it was like 1,000 miles away. (In reality it was probably just a  few blocks) So me, her, and another friend started running towards the place through the parking lots and jumping over bushes. We only had an hour for lunch and we couldn't waist any time. It was already going to take us forever to get there. We picked up a few more people who didn't want to eat at Chick Fillet as well. In all there were 5 people that were running frantically towards this restaurant. But we came to a stopping point. A street. A 6 lane street. It wasn't the same one our director told us not to cross but it was just as dangerous. But IHop was just one the other side. So, since we were so close we decided that we needed to cross it even though there was a steady flow of high flying traffic both left and right. Someone said "Okay one at a time" Though I think they were being factious. Still someone did it. They went out in the traffic and was in the middle lane flapping there arms around like an idiot. It was hilarious. She wasn't in danger so we weren't worried. People in other cars were shouting at her though to get out of the road. She made it across. While we laughed like lunatics on the other side. The stop light finally held both sides at the same time and we ran across to meet her. She was embarrassed more than anything. She said that those people probably thought the crazy people's bus tipped over and she escaped. If our director found out we did that we would be in so much trouble. We finally made it to IHop. When we got there it was so crowded. Then they informed us it was a 15 - 20 minute wait. Too long. We had less than an hour to order, get our food, eat, then run back on the other side of that street. So out the door we go. We tried to find a cross walk but no luck. Jay walking again. We waited and we all ran across the 6 laner together this time. We ended up eating at Chick Fillet after all. What a crazy night. I'm just glad we didn't get caught for that. LUCKY!

Well, that was alot to write but I'm glad I got it down. Mostly like a diary sort of thing. If anybody really reads this, I'm sorry. I promise you it was hilarious while we were in the moment.
Well, I got to go now I guess. I might write something later on if I have time.

Bai bai for now. Jya Mata!

Fun Memories..
